Today is my last day of P90X round 2. man... so much hardship and so much struggle! i made it to the end of my Second round and i admit i wish i could of push myself harder, and not let stress get to me. I will be starting Insanity pretty soon once i get my hand on it. Todays work out was totally hardcore, to the point i could not get off the ground. i ws so exhausted i just wanted to sleep on the ground lol. i need a camera to take pictures for my day 180. will post update pictures tomorrow.

Alsomost there to the finish line!!! been so busy working on the costume to go do some kindness of my own heart charity work! makes me so happy to see not only my nephews smile andhave there friends go crazy, but child that are in need to special care, homeless kids and kid at the childrens hospital smile. make it all worth while. Noting more i can say thatcan describe the warmth in my heart when the see a Superhero come to see them when there sick, no hope of anything until they see me. Seeing the smile is priceless... So much work to do and so little time. Though i dont have a job i make use of my time and help others. The workout today was awesome i pushed my self harder and harder!! only thing that still gets me down is the stress of life little drama stuff. but working out is my stress relief. oh well hopefully things get better. I found out a better protein/meal replacement bar! Its call Big100, and my favorite flavor is Caramel appel crisp. has 400 calories and alot of vitamins and minerals as well as 32gras of protein. i only eat this is i have no option to cook or get a protein shake. P90X :Round 2: Day 7, Week 8 COMPLETED

decided to do some chest and back, ARX. feeling sore again but love it. stress manage to work its way back to me :( I now know a few more location to do charity work, need to call and setup a date when i can do this "usually takes about 3-4 months approval", they run back ground check and etc. but i know i will be able to do it. Still stressed about getting a job :( This is pretty pathetic, why does the Economy so suck. maybe when i get a chance to scrounge up some money i want to become a Beachbody coach and help more and more people on their path to greatness. helping people makes me happy. Well see how gathering some money goes. Well


I started to make another costume for charity/children hospital, trying to raise money to help kid's in need. Not having money to this is a bummer.

Trying to set up a date when i can do it again at couple of areas in Colorado, for homeless kids, and kids with special needs. Kenpo X ARX and some shoulders, arm's. what a good combo! feeling better I'm getting giddy about doing more charity work! maybe be spider man this time or war machine? i don't know yet. being a cool character/superhero really put a smile on the kids and also puts a smile on me. So many people watched my youtube video of me and P90X. like wow i inspired a lot of people to get fit and change there life. just to know that relieves some stress. i feel happier!! got the work out done after i checked my email. added some ARX and more weights to it just for kicks. ok some off topic stuff i done some charity work and i only do it by myself since no one does it with me. Last time i went to the children hospital as IRONMAN and visited a couple of locations. Im planning to do more charity work pretty soon, but need to scrounge up some money to create a costume and raise a fun for children hospital, homeless children, and children with special needs. ok ok

I went to the interview today and it went very well. They said they'll give me a call after they review my app and interview. Hopefully i get this job it would be awesome!! doing more with my computer talent and skill.I just don't do it for money but i have a passion for it!! :D My mood is pretty happy hoping i will get this job!!! My back feels a lot better, pushed it a bit harder, but not that harder. Maybe 30% more from 60%. Still feel the back pain here and there. Still brought it and loving it! No matter how bad life get and or injuries, i still push play and CRUSH IT!! today i saw my MDB "million dollar body game video for April 2009 $1000" that boosted my motivation a lot more, and gain more determination to crush all the remaining workout. I done Ab ripper X 2 times just to jump start things again. it love it feeling the burn and wanted more. lol couldn't get off the ground after 30 minutes heheheh. anyways

well, still stressed out and my lower back is finally feeling a bit better. i had to really modify ply and try not to push so much pressure on my lower back. Still got my HR up in my zone. Life is very precious no matter how hard it gets. The path we pave to create new road, and choices we make in life what makes us who we are today. Im still pushing play even though time are at it worst for me. I'm talking about overall/general. i don't want to get into detail, but no matter what happens in life i know i can make it. i been a victim of so many car accident from 1 major one. Being a semi that ran and crushed my side of the car "passenger" and 2-3 inches before it killed me. i made it out so many time of near death experience. I feel like i know I'm mean for something greater, something more. So in these near death experience opened my eyes to share my life happiness with everyone, from doing charity and going to the children's hospital as IRONMAN :D, helping cleaning up the community, to now helping others get on there path to greatness in being overall healthy. I will continue and will strive to be the change i want to see in the world. Sorry for the randomness of the blog and sorry for the late update :)

P90X :Round 2: Day 1, Week 5 COMPLETED

i push play today... Chest, Shoulders, Triceps and Ab ripper X. I'm pretty stressed out and i know for a fact i did not push as hard as i should. The reason is that i took my mom to the doctor today. Made me realized how much life tends to throw a wrench in it. My dad still getting better but at the same time going downhill. My dad "diabetic" is very skinny and at the age where he shouldn't be working anymore.... Same goes for my mom. I been busting my ass off to help improve there health and longevity. Working almost 12hours a day, and helping my mom and dad as much as i can. It just seem like my efforts are in vein, like someone is standing there laughing at me. I know a lot of people who don't cherish something until its gone. well FUCK that, I'm not going to sit back and do nothing. I'm giving it my all to my mom and dad. I love my mom and dad, and money comes and goes, but you only have 1 mom and dad. So most of the money i make from work goes into paying things and trying to figure out better way to improve there health like medicine. It just so stressful. I'm running myself to the ground and i wish money wasn't an issue. I will continue to push hard and help my mom and dad. I will also help myself by pushing play. If i could only give 10 to 20 or maybe more years of my life to my mom and dad i would.... This goes out to everyone, love your mom and dad, because no one will ever love you the same way as your mom and dad... Cherish them, appreciate them, tell them you love them. It's never to late to say things like that. I need to keep my head up high and push forward. I'm still pretty stressed but I'll make it. sorry for the long ass blog.....

Today was hectic but all in all was great. Done legs and back then AR-X. Then 3-hours later Done Core Synergistic and then Ar-X again Wheee!!! oh man hahah work is great too got my routine down in chucking carpet into a baler for recycling. 8 hours of hucking dirty nasty heavy carpet.... couldn't be awesome! its like getting paid to work out! P90X helped me become more stronger, more endurance, and more stamina. Cool thing about it is that i work with another P90X'er! so many Tony'ism through out the day hahaha. anyways my schedule is about to change from 8 to 12 hour shifts. Oh man... talk about working out 12 hours... if i did not do P90X, i would die... literally! I dont take breaks, and just keep pushing it, same with the fellow P90X'er! anyways

Kenpo X, and Ab ripper XXXXX.... yummy! work was very tiring and exhausting! Non the less. Anyways here some random rants. I keep hearing "P90X classes" pop up here in Colorado. It just pisses me off that "Independent Beachbody coaches does that. It's not like there do they have common sense? i mean like P90X is design for "Extreme home fitness" what there doing is making people pay to do the classes, and somewhat think there personal trainers. Argh... I dont know if im over reacting, but you know if you do the research beachbody took the time to put that together and make it easier for people to do the work out at home. Not for people to open up there own studio, and say that "try before you buy" BS.... but it's all a cover up because there charging people money for the "P90X classes" making profit where they dident really do shit in the first place. Benefiting from other people hard wrok... RAWR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that angers me. ok ok enough of my random rants.

day 1 recovery for round 2 completed, it seems like every week goes by i get better results. i don't know if i said this before but "its like unwrapping the greatest gift, and uncovering the body you always dream about." Thank Beachbody... My health is awesome, confidence is very high, life is the greatest for me :D Yoga X today was very soothing. OH YEAH i finally got a job now!!!! whoot now i can buy some P90X stuff heheheh. i want to get the tank top, as i am poor even though i won the April's 1000K 2009. Most of it went to paying back my sister for getting my wisdom tooth removed. :( oh well I'm not complaining, just winning it self is very gratifying! again sry for late update so swamped by deadlines but still pushing play hehe, keeping my next 30 days a secret!! i wont cheat and take pictures i will wait until day 30 has come :(. yeah i get antsy at time but heck i love it!!! For my caloric intake, we all do what our body tell us and I'm not tired nor starving myself. i still have alot of energy and building a lot of muscles. i followed the nutrition guide and and went a lot further in researching my diet and finding out the most beneficial whole natural foods.

Everyone body composition is different. like what Tony Horton say "do what works for you, variety is the spice of life". Todays workout is so intense! i felt like i can lift heavier but dont really want to spend anymore on weight "VERY expensive" i feel like curling 25lbls is too light now. i went to walmart and tried out the 30lbls and 35lbls, and it seems just about right to increase. Will be saving up for some heavier weights. lol try using 25lbls throughout all your workouts. i love it!!!

Completed!! i think i done over 698 Ab/core moves XD i love it!!!! Just so excited still for when insanity comes out!!! i want it to destroy me as much as possible, well in a good way :D Still loving P90X. My brother came over and completed it as well. So busy and need to finish up on a couple of things. Man i been on overhaul for about X10. But i love it and still have time to PUSH PLAY or i mean CRUSH PLAY!!! No EXCUSES from anyone :D Oh man cant wait to do some plyo tomorrow doubles oh my... heheh delicious!! hope everyone else is still kickin and screaming for more!! Sry for late update! but yeah Shoulder Bicep's, and Triceps's crushed!!! My brother took a while to come over, so i done it ahead of time and done it again when he came over about 15 minutes after i was done with the first one. I went out today and meet up with some friend i haven't seen for awhile. I love my buddies, so supportive and all. It's crazy how much of a ripple affect I've created by crushing play and finishing up on P90X. My oldest sister started her first day of P90x and completed it!!! in total I've motivated and inspired 10 people to start there push play of P90X... wow...i told them my experience and that i won $1000 for April's Beachbody contest they were ecstatic.

wow today was great! Crush play and REALLY brought it today!!! It was great to sleep in today for once! Bought some new whey protein, ate some delicious skinless chicken breast and tried out some different products like "muscle milk". It was OK and taste like crap, but it good when your on the go. Getting fit and my goal in getting shredded attract a lot of women! I'm serious i never get this attention before and i love it! I'm not a cocky or some sort of an athlete. I'm just a nerd and a goofball. Why dident P90X come out alot sooner! :) any ways my brother also crushed play today!

Today was a pretty relaxing day, and was a bit stress, until i push play heheh. all of the stress just went away when i done some jab, cross. :D.

Pain is FOREVER leaving the body, mind over matter.... We both push play and motivated each other to push further. I never really got along with any siblings, now it's time to make up for lost times. We grow and bond together by one common goal.... Health, strength, and power. Thanks to P90X, it not only help me become a better person, mentally but physically. Not only that but a better overall life. P90X changed everyone perspective on me and everyone in my family see me very differently. Helping motivated not only my brother but many other people to get in the best shape of there life. Knowing that i help family and people that i don't even know in to fitness of a new lifestyle change. That in itself is priceless and satisfying my soul to the very deepest degree. I dont know how many people is affected by Team Beachbody, but i know that i am one of the user and follower of Team Beachbody forever.

P90X COMPLETED WHOOOT!!!!!!!------------------------------------------------------------






today was a blast, was suppose to rest/Stretch X, end up doing back and bicep and chest shoulders and triceps. Yummy. today was very busy day for me. But all in all i cant believe i finished my 90 day of P90X. WHOOOT!

P90X Day 5, week 13 COMPLETED "Final week!"

well for starters its about 1:54am here in Colorado. done at least 31 minutes, and supposedly burned 360 calories "according to the treadmill". I just got done with H.I.I.T and the switched it from low to high. kinda got the idea from the Insanity from Shaun t. "not yet released" But cant wait for it, wish i could be the test pilot or something :D that be awesome! Anyways but doing low intensity first then turn it upside down for more intensity. Dam... i sweat a lot from this, just throwing it in the P90x mix so it can throw off any impeding plateau "just incase if there is any.... ha!".



Okiez... nap time for me. today with be the doubles Kenpo X, Ab ripper X and then Yoga X right after. BRING IT!! "will update more infor once the day is over"

Finished it off hardcore style! Kenpo X, Ab ripper X then Yoga X right after. I'd say it was a perfect mix.... if your strong enough, and have spare time, or give up some sleep for it. It worth it. Trust me, fast pace, then ab workout/core, then Yoga X to calm everything down... WOW!!! almost fell asleep on corpse pose "whatever its called". very awesome! i was presented with a crazy information today but its a secret :D.

P90X Day 4, week 13 Completed "Final week!






Core Synergistic... Still my favorite. this time around i push really hard, my shirt was almost completely drenched. I think the Steam Engine is now my favorite move! hehe today was fun, ran some errands, helped my sister out at her shop. Got some fresh air..... So good to your soul. Done some extra Ab Ripper X moves before core just for added intensity. Today meals were pretty great.

P90X Day 3, week 13 Completed "Final week!

Today was stretch x, almost like yoga x, but it went by a lot faster. still felt great. Pushing through these workouts even when I'm sick. I know my immune system is stronger and can endure more because of P90x. I'm not a sloth, and or couch potato. I'm very committed to doing this not only for my self but for my health. I had many setbacks, during this program, yet i still have not miss not 1 day of P90X. I'm very proud of myself cause of that. People who followed my blog noticed that i had all 4 wisdom tooth removed and 24hrs later i pushed at it again. At risk of dry socket, and or more bleeding. I know in myself i am a trooper and motivated and determined to finish P90x with no EXCUSES!!! Hell i call the program p90x "the path to greatness". Not only p90x improved my physicality, but also my mentality.

Anyways sorry for the jibber jabber, Stretch X was calming and felt great! almost fell asleep on child pose XD heheh. i done AR-X also from complete MEMORY!!! i know hahaha.

Tomorrow is Core Synergistic, and Friday i will do a mix of doubles. Like Kenpo, and then Yoga X to relax everything. :D whooot

P90X Day 2, week 13 Completed "Final week!



Core Synergistic... like Tony Horton would say "yummy yummy yummy" lol. today was a blast pounded right through it and did not struggle as hard like i did in the beginning.


I done some advanced modified versions of Core to make it more challenging. Even though i woke up pretty crappy/sick. I still push hard and push play! :D RAWR!!!
i felt kinda of burnout cause of feeling crappy, but, after noticing i got a comment from C.E.O and owner of www.Beachbody.com Carl Daikeler wow. cant wait to finish up on p90x and take the after pics whoot!

P90X Day 1, week 13 Completed "Final week!






Yoga X...... ohmmmm....... hehe hahah i feel great! so eager to take some update P90X day 90 photos! hope anyone who started the same day as me is still bringing it!! i really needed yoga today. cant wait to do some Core tomorrow! well nap time for me goodnight everyone!

i done some light exercise, run some errands and hang out with the family. i finally decided to actually take a rest. well this is the last week of p90x cycle 1. I'm not very excited. in a way i am, it hard to finish something with dedication and motivation. and I'm glad i came this far. i really never finished anything past 90 days, and I'm very proud of myself. Having met new people "only online" that kept me motivated and juiced up for work out is awesome. cant wait until my p90x 90 days are done so i can "BRING IT" once more :D. anyways enough jabbering!

P90x Day 6, week 12 Completed "PSYCHO DOUBLES"

i done legs and back again, due to the cold/sickness i felt i did not really "BRING IT". i then done Kenpo X again then AR-x right afterwords. i still feel sick or whatever it is, i still press forward, and brought it :D. My body's weak and sore, so i think I'm a take a nap now. SOP happy I'm in the home stretch of P90X. 7 days left!!! whoot then get my body fat measurements "buying one from GNC". i think I'm going to do Plyo and Kenpo X combo tomorrow if my body is up for it.

i think i fell ill. still got my workout done, and still feel like shit. hopefully i can get better today and push harder. Dam this sucks home stretch and i get sick. :( Took my nephews to the Rec-Center and let them play some basketball and swim while i worked out. Of course having someone watch them :D. Also took my sister with me cause she wanted to go. Any ways i think i over ate my daily limit. but dam i feel sick :( anyways

P90x Day 4, week 12 Completed "PSYCHO DOUBLES"

Anyways... P90X Yoga X, sooooooooo Relaxing and calming. i feel so stress relieved and carefree once again :D i love it and so close to graduation time :D whooooot!
Today i went to the rec-Center and destroyed some more body parts.

completed! had a busy day and hanging out with sister and cousin. Came over for a visit and stuff. went out to eat and of course portion size everything. Still some drama.. but i still try to push hard. :D AR-X was awesome and looking forward to Yoga "need to relieve some stress". Back and Biceps "the glamor muscles"

P90x Day 2, week 12 Completed "PSYCHO DOUBLES"

well today was a VERY busy day, rented a jumbo dumpster and done some yard work. Throwing away thing we don't need and is consider clutter. felt like a breeze hoping it was more of a workout. Workout was great, but done Kenpo X instead "limited room in my basement". Sign on to WOWY hopefully i win that would be great! had a cheat meal but still under my caloric intake. it was shrimp scampi and some sour dough bread. Yum well time to do another round of kenpo X!!
