P90X Day 4, week 13 Completed "Final week!

Core Synergistic... Still my favorite. this time around i push really hard, my shirt was almost completely drenched. I think the Steam Engine is now my favorite move! hehe today was fun, ran some errands, helped my sister out at her shop. Got some fresh air..... So good to your soul. Done some extra Ab Ripper X moves before core just for added intensity. Today meals were pretty great.

Mmmmmm Hybrid Vietnamese dish

It may not look very delicious, but dont let the looks fool you. it is very VERY delicious ^_^.

whats in side it

- 1/4 Cup Brown rice
- 1.oz of tomato
- 1.oz of Shrimp
- 2.oz of Bac Choy
- 2.oz of Celery
- 1 tsp of fresh grounded flax seed
- 2. oz of Firm Tofu
- 1.oz of carrots.
"the broth is the shrimp, Bac Choy, carrots, and tofu cooked together for that yummy flavor"

all only 141 Calories! there are other things i make, buts its a secret ^_^
