P90X :Round 2: Day 4, Week 6 COMPLETED

Yoga X is much needed today, need to stretch out my hurt muscles and REALLY needed the calmness of the mind. OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM lol some move i can start doing again, feels great. still bringing it and loving it very much!!! missed almost 2 weeks of work because of my injured back :( no money dang it. i really want to become a beach body coach but so many things get in the way of doing it like bills,i mean alot. My Mom and dad are doing great too as well, still eating the things i cook for them. MMMMMM brown rice :D
