P90x Day 6 week 7 Completed

Kenpo X today was awesome! i push harder to work off the extra i ate yesterday. My THR "Target Heart rate" is 140-160 BMP, I kept it at around 178-185 BMP at 90% at the max was at 190 BMP. I worked at my sister tanning saloon all day today and added some work out while i was there. Some ab workout, and cardio as well. Then when i got home thats where more caloires were burned heheh :D

it was great still thinking of doing it again to help myself to more flexibility. There just so much thing in life that pisses me off. When you try to help someone and they just sabotage it for themselves. It angers me when someone does it to soemone else. "random rant" Sorry for that. Well i been doing great on my diet as well, but still need to cut my caloric intake some more :D I know it sound crazy but i try :D

Today i done it twice again for kicks. i just feel like a workout psycho path on the loose. I know the term bring it. maybe im doing it too much hehee. well cant wait to do some OOOHmms.... Cranes, and the hard stuff. :D yeah i know i might sound crazy but i never been such great shape as i am now and i dont want to ever stop. P90x Day 2 week 7 Completed

Today Plo X was great i sweat like a mule on a hot day farming hahah. Doing the extra workout yesterday kicked my ass and feel so sore but i love it so much:D i still push hard like i always do and keeping my diet very strict. Even though I'm have a lot of stress "things to pay off" i deliver my own pain, and forget the rest. today i done some extra push up and decline push up "the delicious hard one too" and some bicep work outs.

well today was better than last week i been doing alot more reps and more sets. Today i done all the work out twice hehehe. i just wanted to go the extra mile. Changed my caloric intake to 1,200 or try to stay on it. Thats what i read that Tom cruise did. This in favor from 1888 to 1200 to slowly loose more fat as energy. hopefully.

P90X Day 7 week 6 Rest

Well today was somewhat of a cheat day. Not McDonald or other fatty foods, just Vietnamese food. 1 cup of white rice, with soup broth "home made" with shrimp, lean pork, water crest, and some beef eye round "i think that's whats it called". Well i done some more bicep workouts and push ups. Cant wait to start workout today :D!!!

Whew.... Kenpo x still love it, it was tiring and push hard. Only thing that sucks is when your working out and someone cooks and smokes of "bacon enters you lungs" to me it gross now. and it prevented me pushing at the hardest. but i opened up all the windows and doors and continued to my work out. It was like having asthma trying to breath in that smoke. I still got it done and pushed hard. Im happy today is Day 42 of P90x. I have another 18 day until Day 60 for another update photo! :D im still pushing hard, i'd say twice as hard for better results.

Yoga X was so fun and i broke alot of sweat. My sister in law did it with me and push hard as well. My diet is doing great but trying to adjust to the 40% thingie. Tomorrow will be legs and back yay! Trying to get more veggies in my diet and fruits and more flax seeds.

P90X day 3 week 6 Complete

i just love doing biceps and back. makes me so pumped and feels like my muscle is about to go crazy big. Today i decided to move on to Phase 2 nutrition after finally getting it right. Phase 1 was 50% Protein, 30% Carbs, and 20% fats. Phase 2 is 40% Protein, 40% Carbs, 20% Fats. Phase 3 is 20% Protein, 60% Carbs, and 20% fats. I might be wrong on the phase 3 but I'll make sure when the time comes. Since my body is running out of energy faster "sign to let me know to move on to phase 2 nutrition" and that's why i moving on to Phase 2 Nutrition plan :D. Today's work out was awesome! i pushed harder done more set and reps, but keeping it around the building muscle and not towards the leaning which is around 12-15 reps. i stay around 8-10 reps.

P90X day 2 week 6 Completed

Plyo was so much fun and my diet was so and so. Still so much stress in my life. but dealing my own pain hehehe. Today my older brother done the workout with me. I was in a better mood and push much harder. My THR "target heart rate" is 140-150BPM, i was around 168-170BPM at 92% at the highest. i did not push pause so much this time, only 3 times "bathroom, pushed too hard, and or water". When i paused i did 20 standard push ups and 10 diamond push ups. Then jumped right back in it. daily nutrition

today was fun, and couldn't finish ab ripper until i got home and done some more ab exercises. From exercise-ball roll-in "lower abs", Jack Knife "combination", and regular crunches. I don't then a few reps but sets of 2. Tomorrow I'm going to bring it hard like heck :D. hope everyone doing good.

P90X day 6 week 5 Completed

i think this day is by far the most discouraging...... So much drama, and struggle with my family... I tried to put it aside and push hard in today's workout. I did, but it seem like i did not push hard enough. My Hr Monitor was at 170-183 Beats a sec, at 80% most of the time and 98% for the highest. i just did not feel like i worked up a good sweat :(. My diet today was kinda screwed up because of last night friends bday party, took a shot :( Im very strict but i gave in "bad me".

P90X day 5 week 5 Completed

P90X Week 5 day 5 COMPLETED loved it! Im still proud of myself still for making right choices in what i eat. I pass so many junk foods and i only had 3 dollars to spend. went to Alberstons and found some Albacore tuna for $1.59 then on my way home and saw a 7-11 on the way, and i went in. i found some celery and carrot sticks for about $1.69. so im eating that right now and man... it so goood!!! all that only 200 calories and so good for you heheh. cant wait for kenpo x tomorrow :D

I done Yoga X about 50mins and switched it up to resistance from yesturday. I felt that i needed to push a little harder :D. all in all i still broke a sweat in yoga X. cant wait to do some more resistance tomarro! YAY thinking of doing some cardio right after it. Or i might just stick with the layout like a bible. :D

P90X day 2 week 5 Completed

plyo today was awesome! i don't 30 minutes of cardio before i done plyo. When i was finished jumped right to ply then cardio again for 10 minutes. When i say cardio i mean H.I.I.T "High intensity intrival training". i was sweating like a leak in a faucet. hahah another great way to bring it :D My abs are still sore but i managed to keep pushing. Still a long road to go, and loving every step i take.

P90x Day 6 week 4 Completed

like i said i was going to redo that day plus more. I done Kenpo X in the morning and then Kenpo X at night with my brother. The second time i push harder. I done more reps. I manage to do the "double cross punch, Ball kick and back kick with out touching the ground this time heheh. i paused it and added 10 diamond push ups and then un-paused it. Yeah it was brutal but fun. My brother still bringing it but doesn't care much for eating plan. Slow but surely going to get him on it 24/7. I got really low on the horse stance to the point of SUPER FAILURE lol. but it was FRAKKEN fun! loved it. Cant wait to start Phase 2, im going to stick it the Level 2 eating plan a little longer. oh here some update pictures of me. yeah I'm not going to hide my face again lol.

my diet and eating is pretty dam on spot today heheh.

P90X day 6, week 4 REDO!!!

yesterday i decided to go out and have fun. I screwed up my diet for that day. my daily goal was to stay at Phase 1 level 1, but since i was phase 1 level 2. level 1 is about 1,800 calories a day, why my level 2 was suppose to be 2,412. Last night i wrote everything down even when i was drunk just to estimate how much i ate. Using i was able to calculate how bad it was. I ate 2,442 that's about 30 calories over my recommended. I been eating around 1910, and that would be 532 over. most of my reports are at c or c-. Today it will all change and no more bad choices. hehhe only bad choices was beers, and lots of it last night and 3 pieces of fried chicken. i feel like it was just a break from this work out, but not really. today i will be punishing myself with a more work out to burn the excess calories and fat. i will be doing Kenpo X, Cardio X and then Ab ripper x. today was suppose to be rest i dont think so lol :D

Holy shit! Core synergistics "whatever its spelled" really kicked my ass today. but i love it, i broke more sweat doing this than any other workout. Still trying to get the moving down to the letter and keeping up. I think im get that "i look in the mirror too much syndrome. ahhaha who cares its the better me and im loving every minute of every sweat drip off my face :D yay My older brother is still kickin ass too as well.

P90X day 1, week 4 Completed

So i re done Kenpo X since my brother missed the day before. Used my S7 multipurpose watch to see if im dogging it or kicking ass. we were of course kicking ass, pushing very hard my HR% was about 97%-98%, 99% at the highest and my brother was keeping a constant 93-96%. It was fun like crazy keep pushing to the very end. Done some diamond push up for kicks at break.

-Wheat bagel with cream cheese "breakfast, i know i know"
