P90X :Round 2: Day 3, Week 2 COMPLETED "PSYCHO DOUBLES: only today"

Sry for late update! but yeah Shoulder Bicep's, and Triceps's crushed!!! My brother took a while to come over, so i done it ahead of time and done it again when he came over about 15 minutes after i was done with the first one. I went out today and meet up with some friend i haven't seen for awhile. I love my buddies, so supportive and all. It's crazy how much of a ripple affect I've created by crushing play and finishing up on P90X. My oldest sister started her first day of P90x and completed it!!! in total I've motivated and inspired 10 people to start there push play of P90X... wow...i told them my experience and that i won $1000 for April's Beachbody contest they were ecstatic.

ok ok anyways on to the good stuff, next week i will do PSYCHO DOUBLES YAY!!!! talk about 698 AB's Ripper including bonus Macein twist move's!! Yummy! Like Tony Horton says "its like crack, Health crack!!!"

Plyo.... Nothing more said, than it kicked my ass again hahah "I Hate it,... but i LOVE IT!!!" i think i say it wayyy toooo much hehehehe. Diet been tweak alot to go back to square 1 of Phase 1. 50% Proteins, 30% Carbs, 20% Fats, well close enough. Oh man life is great and so relaxing. Thanks to beach body ahhah, too bad I'm in Colorado... Or i would be on the beach showing off my body XD hehe beachbody ^_^ lol ok that was corny... any ways me and my brother still push play and really brought it!.

wow today was great! Crush play and REALLY brought it today!!! It was great to sleep in today for once! Bought some new whey protein, ate some delicious skinless chicken breast and tried out some different products like "muscle milk". It was OK and taste like crap, but it good when your on the go. Getting fit and my goal in getting shredded attract a lot of women! I'm serious i never get this attention before and i love it! I'm not a cocky or some sort of an athlete. I'm just a nerd and a goofball. Why dident P90X come out alot sooner! :) any ways my brother also crushed play today!

Man... plyo going to kick my ass tomorrow... But i love it!!!

It was GREEEEEAT!!!! My glute's are still sore, actually all of my lower body hahaha. Done some extra workout for the upper body before my bro came over. Crushed play today and loved it, every second to a minute :D My brothers happy he almost has a week under his belt. He's very determined to finish this goal and very motivated. Today was a pretty relaxing day, and was a bit stress, until i push play heheh. all of the stress just went away when i done some jab, cross. :D.

Legs and back, today went well. I need to push myself harder! i just feel like I'm slacking. I will bring it in Kenpo X tomorrow, and push my brother as well. All in all it went very well today, my brother brought it as well. Maybe i think i dident bring it because of this shoulder pain i been having for awhile, 4 days to be exact. Not because of working out, but maybe it just stress. Oh well i must keep pushing play and BRING IT. no EXCUSES!!!! "Psycho Doubles" will Start for me next week.

OHHHHHHHHMMMM........Yoga X..... Today my younger brother push play today as well. i needed yoga today.... cleared out all of the blah that bother me in my life right now. My brother started his push play of 90 days since April 20, 2009. He like everyone else will love Yoga x or will start to love it. I also inspired my brother-in-law and sister-in-law, they also started there journey. My brother-in-law started on the 22nd of April 2009, and my sis-in-law started today April 23, 2009. :D anyways onto the good stuff.

MMmmmmm nothing like Shoulders and arms, then AB.... Rippper... X! heheheh dang my younger brothers a beast! he kept pushing hard, though after year of neglect to his body. Pain is FOREVER leaving the body, mind over matter.... We both push play and motivated each other to push further. I never really got along with any siblings, now it's time to make up for lost times. We grow and bond together by one common goal.... Health, strength, and power. Thanks to P90X, it not only help me become a better person, mentally but physically. Not only that but a better overall life. P90X changed everyone perspective on me and everyone in my family see me very differently. Helping motivated not only my brother but many other people to get in the best shape of there life. Knowing that i help family and people that i don't even know in to fitness of a new lifestyle change. That in itself is priceless and satisfying my soul to the very deepest degree. I dont know how many people is affected by Team Beachbody, but i know that i am one of the user and follower of Team Beachbody forever.

Having made that spiderman spoof, I've inspired and motivated people to try P90x and change there perspective in there life. Change people perspective on how people view them. Change there perspective on how they view themselves. I have inspired my younger brother to do p90x, and change his life. I'm very proud of him for starting today with me, and help him get in the best shape of his life. I hope i have inspired more and motivate people to better there life. Today April 20, 2009, is my round 2 of P90X, still bringing it. Today is my brother 1st round as well, he pushed hard and going to stick with this not for temporary, but a lifestyle change.

P90X COMPLETED WHOOOT!!!!!!!------------------------------------------------------------






today was a blast, was suppose to rest/Stretch X, end up doing back and bicep and chest shoulders and triceps. Yummy. today was very busy day for me. But all in all i cant believe i finished my 90 day of P90X. WHOOOT!

Thanks to all who have followed my blog since day 1. i will continue the workouts until Beachbody release the new Insanity DVD. Then i will jump on to that work out and complete it as well WHOOOT! since i lost most of my body fat, i will continue until i get my ab's to completely show :D in the mean time i will still puch play and Bring it!

P90X Day 5, week 13 COMPLETED "Final week!"

well for starters its about 1:54am here in Colorado. done at least 31 minutes, and supposedly burned 360 calories "according to the treadmill". I just got done with H.I.I.T and the switched it from low to high. kinda got the idea from the Insanity from Shaun t. "not yet released" But cant wait for it, wish i could be the test pilot or something :D that be awesome! Anyways but doing low intensity first then turn it upside down for more intensity. Dam... i sweat a lot from this, just throwing it in the P90x mix so it can throw off any impeding plateau "just incase if there is any.... ha!".



Okiez... nap time for me. today with be the doubles Kenpo X, Ab ripper X and then Yoga X right after. BRING IT!! "will update more infor once the day is over"

Finished it off hardcore style! Kenpo X, Ab ripper X then Yoga X right after. I'd say it was a perfect mix.... if your strong enough, and have spare time, or give up some sleep for it. It worth it. Trust me, fast pace, then ab workout/core, then Yoga X to calm everything down... WOW!!! almost fell asleep on corpse pose "whatever its called". very awesome! i was presented with a crazy information today but its a secret :D.

P90X Day 4, week 13 Completed "Final week!






Core Synergistic... Still my favorite. this time around i push really hard, my shirt was almost completely drenched. I think the Steam Engine is now my favorite move! hehe today was fun, ran some errands, helped my sister out at her shop. Got some fresh air..... So good to your soul. Done some extra Ab Ripper X moves before core just for added intensity. Today meals were pretty great.

- 2. oz of Firm Tofu
- 1.oz of carrots.
"the broth is the shrimp, Bac Choy, carrots, and tofu cooked together for that yummy flavor"

all only 141 Calories! there are other things i make, buts its a secret ^_^

P90X Day 3, week 13 Completed "Final week!

Today was stretch x, almost like yoga x, but it went by a lot faster. still felt great. Pushing through these workouts even when I'm sick. I know my immune system is stronger and can endure more because of P90x. I'm not a sloth, and or couch potato. I'm very committed to doing this not only for my self but for my health. I had many setbacks, during this program, yet i still have not miss not 1 day of P90X. I'm very proud of myself cause of that. People who followed my blog noticed that i had all 4 wisdom tooth removed and 24hrs later i pushed at it again. At risk of dry socket, and or more bleeding. I know in myself i am a trooper and motivated and determined to finish P90x with no EXCUSES!!! Hell i call the program p90x "the path to greatness". Not only p90x improved my physicality, but also my mentality.

Anyways sorry for the jibber jabber, Stretch X was calming and felt great! almost fell asleep on child pose XD heheh. i done AR-X also from complete MEMORY!!! i know hahaha.

Tomorrow is Core Synergistic, and Friday i will do a mix of doubles. Like Kenpo, and then Yoga X to relax everything. :D whooot

Core Synergistic... like Tony Horton would say "yummy yummy yummy" lol. today was a blast pounded right through it and did not struggle as hard like i did in the beginning.


I done some advanced modified versions of Core to make it more challenging. Even though i woke up pretty crappy/sick. I still push hard and push play! :D RAWR!!!
i felt kinda of burnout cause of feeling crappy, but, after noticing i got a comment from C.E.O and owner of www.Beachbody.com Carl Daikeler wow. cant wait to finish up on p90x and take the after pics whoot!

i done some light exercise, run some errands and hang out with the family. i finally decided to actually take a rest. well this is the last week of p90x cycle 1. I'm not very excited. in a way i am, it hard to finish something with dedication and motivation. and I'm glad i came this far. i really never finished anything past 90 days, and I'm very proud of myself. Having met new people "only online" that kept me motivated and juiced up for work out is awesome. cant wait until my p90x 90 days are done so i can "BRING IT" once more :D. anyways enough jabbering!

i done legs and back again, due to the cold/sickness i felt i did not really "BRING IT". i then done Kenpo X again then AR-x right afterwords. i still feel sick or whatever it is, i still press forward, and brought it :D. My body's weak and sore, so i think I'm a take a nap now. SOP happy I'm in the home stretch of P90X. 7 days left!!! whoot then get my body fat measurements "buying one from GNC". i think I'm going to do Plyo and Kenpo X combo tomorrow if my body is up for it.
