P90X :Round 2: Day 1, Week 9 COMPLETED

well as for working out and kicking butt, that's what i do best. keeping in mind what is my goal. :D Diet and nutrtion was pretty good. Life still stressful and all. but still puching throught it. The Charity event putting it together is going very well. i will be targeting more of an audience. Getting together a health careware fare for people in colorado. help educate the on what healthy foods to eat and not to eat. teach them about being active and what nots. STill in the works cause its too much for one person to handle. anyways
