P90X :Round 2: Day 2, Week 5 rest "hurt lower back"

still stressed and managed to hurt my lower back today at work.... :( had to hold back on plyo. today sucked and what a bummer. everything in life feels like i hit a major wall. don't know why. i feel like my life is out of sync. Im still trying to push through it even though i hurt my lower back. Still REALLY stressed... not much to say but need to rest for now.
