Yoga X.... helped stretch out my hurt lower back a bit more. couldn't do some of the workouts cause of the injury. I still hung in there like a champ! Seems like its helping a lot by stretching. still hurting though. This sucks really bad. missed couple days of work already. :( stress still in the mist of my life right now. trying to elude it but comes back stronger. anyways, will push play but not as hard as i use to :( how sad is that.......
