P90x Day 4, week 12 Completed "PSYCHO DOUBLES"

beachbody is coming out with another workout program called "INSANITY". heres the video.

Anyways... P90X Yoga X, sooooooooo Relaxing and calming. i feel so stress relieved and carefree once again :D i love it and so close to graduation time :D whooooot!
Today i went to the rec-Center and destroyed some more body parts.

Extra workout today
"Super Set"

-Diamond push ups 20 reps
-Hammer curls 10 reps

-Standard push ups 20 reps
-in and out hammer curls 10 reps

-Declined push ups 20 reps
-Standard bicep curls 10 reps

-Back fly's 10 reps
-Lawnmower 10 reps

-Elbow out lawnmower 10 reps
-static arms curls 16 reps

-Crouching Cohen curls 10 reps
-deep swimmers press 15 reps

-Weight 15lbls Jab cross 25 reps
-Scarecrow 15 reps

-Weighted pours 15lbls 10 reps
-Weighted arm circles 10lbls 20 reps forward and backwards

-Tricep extentions 10 reps
-one arm concentration curls 10 reps

-Heavy pants 15 reps
-Strip set curls 32 reps "8 reps 25lbls, 8 reps 20lbls, 8 reps 15lbls, 8 reps 10lbls"

-3 sets of 10 reps of UN-assisted dips

forgot to mention that i don't 80% of AR-X from memory and some 25lbls weighted declined sit-up/crunches.

then went into the sauna for about 10-15 minutes and swimming.

i just got done with Yoga X 3 minutes ago. OK, OK.... daily nutrition and daily grade
