P90X :Round 2: Day 3, Week 3 COMPLETED "PSYCHO DOUBLES"

again sry for late update so swamped by deadlines but still pushing play hehe, keeping my next 30 days a secret!! i wont cheat and take pictures i will wait until day 30 has come :(. yeah i get antsy at time but heck i love it!!! For my caloric intake, we all do what our body tell us and I'm not tired nor starving myself. i still have alot of energy and building a lot of muscles. i followed the nutrition guide and and went a lot further in researching my diet and finding out the most beneficial whole natural foods.

Everyone body composition is different. like what Tony Horton say "do what works for you, variety is the spice of life". Todays workout is so intense! i felt like i can lift heavier but dont really want to spend anymore on weight "VERY expensive" i feel like curling 25lbls is too light now. i went to walmart and tried out the 30lbls and 35lbls, and it seems just about right to increase. Will be saving up for some heavier weights. lol try using 25lbls throughout all your workouts. i love it!!!
