P90X :Round 2: Day 5, Week 4 COMPLETED

Today was hectic but all in all was great. Done legs and back then AR-X. Then 3-hours later Done Core Synergistic and then Ar-X again Wheee!!! oh man hahah work is great too got my routine down in chucking carpet into a baler for recycling. 8 hours of hucking dirty nasty heavy carpet.... couldn't be awesome! its like getting paid to work out! P90X helped me become more stronger, more endurance, and more stamina. Cool thing about it is that i work with another P90X'er! so many Tony'ism through out the day hahaha. anyways my schedule is about to change from 8 to 12 hour shifts. Oh man... talk about working out 12 hours... if i did not do P90X, i would die... literally! I dont take breaks, and just keep pushing it, same with the fellow P90X'er! anyways
