P90X :Round 2: Day 4, Week 12 COMPLETED

Today workout was great!! i focused on whats more important and pushed myself harder and got the intense workout today!! i lOVE IT!!! i just need to keep focus and kick tail!done some extra reps and 2x AR-X.
