P90X :Round 2: Day 5, Week 3 COMPLETED "PSYCHO DOUBLES"

mmm legs and back, talk about one leg wall squats... man oh man... i love it none the less still kicking it, and finally got loads of deadlines off my back and now i need to refocus on REALLY BRING it hardcore even more in the workouts!!!

i think im going to add AR-X tomorrow just for increase intensity then do Kenpo X.
