P90X day 6, week 3 COMPLETED

today i kick it up a lot more since of yesterday. I was awesome, yet satisfying. today was kind of a setback i started it and was about 20mins in to it. Until i had to go run errands for my family. Then i cam back home and re started everything. It not a bad thing but i loved it every second.

Diet and eating
-Salad turkey and ham and eggs, w/ fat free dressing
-Recovery drink
-Vitamin Water XXX edition
-Banana
-chicken sandwich no bread.

P90X day 5, week 3 COMPLETED

was a hell of a workout, kinda has some lost of motivation... Dident push as hard as i liked to. But tomarro will change and i will do it even hard and stronger. hope you guys are still pushing play


-Recovery drink
-Protein shake
-Wich Wich sandwich wheat bread "ate half", lettuces, fat free mayo, fat free dressing, thin sliced chicken breast and ham, green peppers and red onions.
-Oat meal
-Snickers protein bar

P90X day 4, week 3 COMPLETED

Yoga X.... im doing hell good this time around! My brother dident do it today because he's trying to quit smoking and was freaking out. So i give it to him for doing it. The "reaching your right arm under your leg and your left arm to grab each other" went very well.i can now hold it there longer and with ease. The crane is getting more and more easier for me too. Im noticing a lot of good results and im happy.

P90X day 3, week 3 COMPLETED

I seriously push harder today because of my brother lol. It was so fun, shoulder and arms got me so pumped i could start seeing my veins again in my arms again. The reps i be doing last week was around 20-25, this week i been kicking it up to 30-40 more. So far its been a bad ass workout. Ab ripper X was fun and brutal as always. I still kickin ass at it :D.

Diet and eating
-Oatmeal
-Recovery Drink
-2 bananas
-Subway oven roasted chicken breast "same veggies i always get" this time no bread was eaten.
-Asian noodles "dident have a choice" :(

P90X day 2, week 3 COMPLETED

Plyo seem to kick my ass today maybe i over did it yesterday. Heck i still push hard, and took few breaks. Today was pretty much fun and relaxing.

P90X day 1, week 3 COMPLETED

HELL YEAH BABY! Toady week 3 day one was fun and brutal :D. i love this, i did not get a chance to do it early today but when i got home from helping my sister with her tanning saloon. I came home and went to straight doing the workout. I had my older bro do it too since he did not get to do it early either. He pushed hard so i pushed harder. At reps he done more i try to go further. I love working out with partners and best of all my brother Liem. He push hard and kept going when he wanted to pass out XD. but i know we both done excellent at the workout.

Diet and eating
-Protein Shake
-Recovery Drink
-small bowl of white rice, boiled green veggie, pork, shrimp, spicy tofu.
-6 inche Subway oven roasted chicken breast w/ lettuces, green peppers, red onion, spinach, cucumbers, black olives, oil and vinegar. "ate the small portion of the wheat bread"
-2 oz soup broccoli " i know..."

well today i wasn't at home and celebrated my friends bday. i did not eat any cake, but had 1 bratwurst and small bowl of mac and cheese. I couldn't help it i love mac and cheese. But Monday that's where it is kicked up even harder.

Day 6 week 2 of P90x Completed

Kenpo X i just finished 5 minutes ago and still loving it. still kicking my ass but LOVE IT! so far so good, broke out a lot of sweat and push harder where it needed to be pushed :D I think i might do Stretch X tomorrow, but 70% maybe. im going to a house party and will try my best to not drink and grub on bad food :D. laters

Diet and eating "so far will update when it hits 12:00pm"
-Oatmeal
-Recovery drink
-Celery and green peas
-2 handfuls of celery, broccoli, carrots, pepper jack cheese
-6 meatballs " yeah i know :("
-Lot of thinly sliced Turkey and ham
-3 Big cups of fat free milk



Day 5 week 2 of P90x Completed

ugh, i hate it when i have to compromise my diet when im not in reach of my clean diet meals. But it make me push harder and harder not to eat it. Thanks to the quick options i was managed to watch what food i bought. Anyways i finished up shoulders and arms work out. im pleased that i did really good, found some weights that we not so heavy when i done the other arm and shoulder workout. I done ab ripper x and still love this program. Its like i wait until the next day to bring it and keep pushing play.


Diet and eating
-Protein shake
-Small bowl of rice and pork
-Oatmeal with flax seeds
-2 apples
-Lean cuisine
-a lot of water
-hot dog "yeah i fucked up" :(
-6 inche sweet onion chicken Teriyaki subway w/ wheat bread "took 2 bites of the bread, and then discarded. ate the lettuces, black olives, green peppers, red onion, carrots, spinach, cucumbers, very little amount of sweet onion sauce"

Day 4 week 2 of P90X completed

so far so good, im loving yoga x more and more still trying to get the crane down managed to do at least 6 seconds :D yay. Cant wait to take some update pictures :D. Still pushing play and kickin ass. Hope you guys are pushing harder too.

Day 3 week 2 of P90X completed

well i just got done with leg's and back, also did some cardio, HIIT foe about 5 mins just for kicks. SO far im kicking ass, not taking much of breaks like i did in the first week. i kept on pushing until i sweat like a river :D. I still loving this program so much :D Also ab ripper x stilled kicked my ass. i cant wait until i get to use weight when i am stronger :D

Day 2 week 2 of P90X completed

done with Plyometrics today and i kicked ass, and bust a lot of sweat. I pushed harder and kept BRINGIN IT! I noticed i lasted longer then last time and I LOVE IT! I check the scale this morning and i weighed at 156lbls from 162lbls. That's a 6lbls lost :D yay

Diet and eating
-Shrimp
-3 hard boiled eggs "1 whole egg eatin and rest was egg whites"
-Oatmeal
-Protein shake
-recovery drink.
-Grilled Chicken go-wrap "only ate the chicken"
-3 hard boil eggs " 2eatin whole and the other egg white"

I gotten a bit stronger, compared to the rep i dont last week, i push a little harder and got more rep in today. Still kicked my ass though. I'm still loving it, cant wait to do some Plyometrics tomorrow :D I hope everyone else is Bringing it!

Day 7 of P90X Rest

just resting up right now, went to GNC bough a whole box full of recovery drink. Some chocolate flavor 100% whey protein. I feel great, and no longer drool over fast foods :D. Im proud of myself for taking the steps to be a better me and better shape.

Day 6 of P90x Completed :D

so far its now been a week of doing P90x and i feel stronger and now last alot longer in the workouts. Kenpo X is my FAVORITE WORKOUT OMG heheh. i have better range of motion since i been stretching more. I LOVE IT tomorrow i will be going to GNC and picking up some more item like recovery drinks, Whey protein etc... Can wait to so some Stretch X tomarro!

Day 5 of P90x Completed

So far so good, i bought a recovery drink from GNC before work out. I drank it during the work out and it prove to be a great help! Man i felt charged and ready to go another hr lol. I lasted a little longer in the Ab ripper x. All in all i dont feel so sore at all since the recovery drink.


Diet and eating
-Big bowl of Dark romaine Lettuce's, some cabbage, 4 tsp of fat free Italian dressing
-Shrimp and Carrots
-Propel fitness water
-Oatmeal
-3 Spring rolls
-Oat meal again
-3 egg whites and 1 whole egg
-Protein shake at the end of the workout

Day 4 of P90x Completed

i feel great with the Yoga X. It helped, i dont feel so much that sore anymore. i felt great after the workout. Cant wait for tomarro's :D whoot

-6 Hard boiled eggs "1 ate whole and the yolk removed from the rest"
-Part of a sub, Wheat bread, Thin cut Chicken breast, Lettuces, Non fat olive oil, black olives, red peppers, red onion. "no other option"

Day 3 of P90x Completed

Well the workout shoulder's and arms was fun! it kicked my ass, and Ab ripper X did too. Woah i love this workout! Tomarro will be Yoga X. Had a very busy day but still got the workout in. I then went to the club and danced a little but only drinking water. Feel like My whole body is even more sore from dancing lol.

Day 2 of P90x Completed

When they say this program is Extreme oh man... They mean it heheh By now my body is sore and my range of movement is suck hehe. I done the Plyometric and dam my lower body burns. It feels great though. I got my older brother to join me doing this. He started teh same day as me and still kicking and screaming. While doing the plyometric i took mini break because still sore but kept on pushing. "No Pain, No Gain" So to speak. After i had finished it with my brother. We struggle to climb up the stair in to spearate bathroom to take showers. FOr me at least was HELL! XD, i struggled to climb out of the shower too heheh. Well Day 3 is next and im siked about it. Wish me luck and giveme some feedback so it can keep me going :D

Day 1 of P90x Completed

today is my first step at p90x, i been researching so much and i like the result from what people are getting. I'm going to push hard at this program, and not quit. P90x is 1 hour of intense workouts , 6days a week for 90 days "3 months". Im excited and ready to feel the pain :D. I will take some before pictures pretty soon.. Wish me luck and i wish luck to the people who are starting the same day as me.

wow i just finished the first day and I'm beat, struggling to get in the shower after ward lol. man.... im so out of shape :(. I guess that where it all ends ahah. Tomorrow will be plyometrics Day 2 hehe whoo excited yet warn out for now hehe. I will continue to push play.
