Well today was somewhat of a cheat day. Not McDonald or other fatty foods, just Vietnamese food. 1 cup of white rice, with soup broth "home made" with shrimp, lean pork, water crest, and some beef eye round "i think that's whats it called". Well i done some more bicep workouts and push ups. Cant wait to start workout today :D!!!
