P90X day 5, week 4 Completed

whoot still kicking ass and loving it. got my nutrition down on the spot. hehehe

so far i made a mistake, i was suppose to be on Phase 2 not phase 1 eating plan. dammit. So took me about 1 hour to figure it out.

151 x 10 = 1510

total resting metabolic rate

Daily activity burn

1510 x 20% = 302

Total Daily activity burn

1510 + 302 + 600 = 2412

total required carbs per day

Daily servings: 7 proteins, 3 dairy, 1 fruit, 4 veggies, 1 fat, 1 carb, 3 snacks and 2 condiments.

50% Protien
30% Carbs
20% fats

but i manage to loose BF% pretty good.
