P90X day 1, week 4 Completed

So i re done Kenpo X since my brother missed the day before. Used my S7 multipurpose watch to see if im dogging it or kicking ass. we were of course kicking ass, pushing very hard my HR% was about 97%-98%, 99% at the highest and my brother was keeping a constant 93-96%. It was fun like crazy keep pushing to the very end. Done some diamond push up for kicks at break.

Diet and eating
-Snickers protein bar
-Vitamin Water XXX edition
-Wheat bagel with cream cheese "breakfast, i know i know"
-Recovery drink
-Protein drink "after work out"
-Big ass salad with cucumbers and fat free dressing YUM
