P90X day 3 week 5 Completed

when i was doing this particular work out i was pump with veins and beefed up heheh. Today was pretty good on eating, i bought some cottage cheese "still need to get use to it." Multigrain cheerios, and fat free milk :D. I think i just love all of P90x work outs. hehehe still keeping a close eye on my nutrition too.
