P90X day 4, week 4 Completed

it was fun decided to add some cardio H.I.I.T in it. it was brutal and very tiring. i love every second of it. Cant wait to do some core synergistics though. :D



Diet and eating
-Recovery drink
-Hummus all natural w/ snow peas, carrots
-protein drink
-Brown rice with eggs
-half an orange
