P90X day 1 week 6 Completed

today was fun, and couldn't finish ab ripper until i got home and done some more ab exercises. From exercise-ball roll-in "lower abs", Jack Knife "combination", and regular crunches. I don't then a few reps but sets of 2. Tomorrow I'm going to bring it hard like heck :D. hope everyone doing good.

Fat - 12.8% (27 grams)
Protein - 47.2% (222 grams)
Carbohydrates - 40.0% (188 grams)

My Micro-nutrition

If you workout hard, follow these guidelines:

2216 calories per day.
167 grams of protein per day.
223 grams of carbs per day.
73 grams of fat per day.

Split these up into 6 equal meals daily. This would mean that you would take in the following at EACH meal:

369 calories per meal.
28 grams of protein per meal.
37 grams of carbs per meal.
12 grams of fat per meal.

If you don't workout hard, follow these guidelines:

1254 calories per day.
112 grams of protein per day.
