Held another cosplayers fit club meet today. it was busy and fun. got my hybrid P90X/Insanity moves in. felt awesome and love it!

Insanity Day 44 Completed Month 2

todays workout felt awesome. great burn and ready for tomorrows workout. got more of shakeology in the mail today! yay more green berry! also getting some samples of tropical shakeology. so excited!!

Daily tip: You can switch a workout out that day if you dont feel like you have alot of steam. The changed out workout still counts. Since your still crushing play and kicking ass!!!

Insanity Day 42 Completed Month 2 Catch up

Workout completed!!, Today i tried my best and crushed it!! Got cauight up and kick some butt!!! Tomorrow going all out and not giving up!!!

Daily tip: eating a lot doesn't necessarily means bad. if you say eating a lot as in bad food, then yes lol. So eating a lot more healthy foods keeps your metabolism high and keeps cal burn at max!

Today sucked butt!! i dont know whats going on... but today worksout was not as intense as i like it to be. Saturday Day 41 will be double workouts. Max interval plyo and Max recovery. I need to get back into gear, my nutrition/diet is out of wack >:(

Insanity Day 38 Completed Month 2

Today work out was not at its best. Today was one of those days, so much on my mind and stressed. but still pushed hard, but not hard enough. My motivation was lacking alot and most of all 100% usual powered workouts to about 40%. Tomorrow ill be kicking it into gear and hopefully get past this brick wall. my diet/nutrition is way off track for the past few days. i need to get back and kick some ass.

Daily Tip: When you need to take an early break do it. just use your rest day to catch up and crush it!!

holy crap, yesterday workout was awesome, and today. it kicked my ass!! i feel sooo sore today and manage to push through! I am loving it Month 2 of Insanity!!!

Insanity Day 36 Completed Month 2

Month 2 of insanity!!!!! whoot, today was a blast! dont the whole workout at the gym/rec-center.

Test fit 2 Results

-switch kicks- 185 reps
-power jacks- 80 reps
-power knee- 100 reps
-globe jumps- 25 reps
-suicide jumps- 30 reps
-push up jacks- 50 reps
-low plank obliques- 60 reps

Workout done at the Rec-center

Test fit 3 Results

-switch kicks- 200 reps = Improvement of 15 extra reps
-power jacks- 90 reps = Improvement of 10 extra reps
-power knee- 110 reps = Improvement of 10 extra reps
-globe jumps- 30 reps = Improvement of 5 extra reps
-suicide jumps- 40 reps = Improvement of 10 extra reps
-push up jacks- 65 reps = Improvement of 15 extra reps
-low plank obliques- 65 reps = Improvement of 5 extra reps

i wanted to save energy for the Max Interval Circuit, also wanted to be a bit more HARDCORE, i done an extra 30minutes of weight lifting and ab workout!!!

total workout time testfit 32mins, Max interval circuit 1 hour 3 minutes, then 30 minutes of weight lifting and ab workout.

Daily tip:always remember why your working out. Even when you talk to yourself to push harder. nothings wrong in doing so. it helps me when i tell myself to push harder and stronger!!!

Kicked some butt!!, changed the workout again and done some Insane ab's. Today was pretty fun. Cant wait to start Month 2 already!!! anyways hope your weekend is going great!!

Daily tip: The misconception of nutrition is to get rid of fat in your diet. Wrong, if you keep the good ones like Omega 3 etcs. Also guacamole, Flax seeds, etc. eating fat's actual aid in body fat drop.

Today and yesturday was pretty stressful, but its ok. Today got my workout crushed. and Took one day as a cheat day. well a healthy cheat meal, went to a friends house. We had make your own french bread pizza. Since they know im working out they got the low fat, healthy choice mind ingredients. which was awesome! any ways still did pretty good, but Carb intake is crazy @_@

Daily tip: If you dont stand for something. you'll fall for anything. So take that stand and show people that you are in control of your life!!

Insanity Day 30 rest "modified recovery week"

today my schedule was really busy. did not get to do my workout for today. Which sucks. but oh well, woke up at 9:20am to take my dad to the eye doctor. Run alot of errands and such. Then i get pulled over by the same cop when i had a different car. Then telling me the same excuses like before. My car isnt even that loud, OEM style mufflers, OEM resonator, and OEM catalytic converter. That an asshole! but im not letting it get my day even more down.

any ways tomorrow will help me kick some butt and relieve some stress. DOing Insane ab's tomorrow and pushing it to the max!!

Today i switch it up, and going to for the rest of recovery week. today work out was awesome, push hard today and loved it!!

Insanity Day 28 Rest w/ "NEW" Nutrition Info


today was finally a rest day, took it easy. I upped my cal intake for today and also carbs. just to throw my body off balance for Mondays recovery week. cant wait to kick some ass!! hehe almost half way through and really going to Dig deeper and BRING it hardcore at the beginning of Month 2!!

Daily tip: when drinking shakeology and want more protein and amino acids? add a scoop of whey protein to your Shakeology mix.

Oh today was the moood changer!, i have started a cosplayer fit group challenge! consist of 5 awesome people who want to start the necessary steps to be badass and awesome!!

They helped fuel my workout for today! and it was awesome! kicked some butt and loved it. Plyometric cardio circut never felt so gooooood!!!

Today work out was great, still felt like i did not dig deeper :( must get it together and crush it! recovery week is fastly approaching! Tomorrows workout is Plyometric cardio circuit. got to gather my whits and push harder!!!
It is snow alot here in Colorado! so far its 1.5ft of snow @_@ it is suppose to snow another 10-14 inches! BLEEEH i tell you bleh... lol anyways


Daily tip when working out, make sure you have a heart rate monitor. so that you can push harder and fight to burn those calories!!!

Insanity Day 25 Completed w/ "NEW" Nutrition Info

Today was slacking, motivation felt drained. I kept up and plowed through the workout. I wanted to work on my more on my core. so i switched it out on Insane abs. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. This Friday apparently it going to snow a lot. still doesn't bother me.

Daily Tip Extra work outs are fine, just make sure you rest on your rest days. I tend to do an extra workout when i feel the need to push a bit harder like at the gym etc. every workout counts!

also if your too busy to cook or want a fast option instead of fast foods. Try Shakeology. Grab a pack be on the go. like they say its the healthiest meal of the day.

Insanity Day 24 Completed w/ "NEW" Nutrition Info

Today felt awesome!! soreness went away, Plyometric cardio circuit kicked my butt. Love feeling the sweat dripping from my face. The i had set up a fit club. It is called Cosplayers fit club. Today turnout was pretty good. aside from 11 people saying to arrive. 8 made it. helped educate the community about fitness and nutrition. The importance it is to have an active life style. So far so good. i might hold another one for my fellow friends/cosplayer's. Also got an extra workout, and pumped some IRON!!! lol heheh. Oh my P90X performance shirt came in YAY!




Daily tipNever relie on a scale to tell you your true results. always see how your clothes fit, and check your self out in the mirror once in a while. Have an open mind and i guarantee you wont be sorry :D
