Today work out was great, still felt like i did not dig deeper :( must get it together and crush it! recovery week is fastly approaching! Tomorrows workout is Plyometric cardio circuit. got to gather my whits and push harder!!!
It is snow alot here in Colorado! so far its 1.5ft of snow @_@ it is suppose to snow another 10-14 inches! BLEEEH i tell you bleh... lol anyways
Daily tip when working out, make sure you have a heart rate monitor. so that you can push harder and fight to burn those calories!!!
