Insanity Day 33 Completed"modified recovery week"

Change workout again. Today was Upper body weight training! Tomorrow wil be Insane abs. oh yeah kicking some butt!!!! My diet/nutrition kinda suck today. carb intake was ccrazy n.n

Daily tip: When going places, try parking far for the extra walk. everything counts :D
