Insanity Day 31 Completed"modified recovery week"

Today and yesturday was pretty stressful, but its ok. Today got my workout crushed. and Took one day as a cheat day. well a healthy cheat meal, went to a friends house. We had make your own french bread pizza. Since they know im working out they got the low fat, healthy choice mind ingredients. which was awesome! any ways still did pretty good, but Carb intake is crazy @_@

Daily tip: If you dont stand for something. you'll fall for anything. So take that stand and show people that you are in control of your life!!
