Insanity Day 32 Completed"modified recovery week"

Core cardio and balance! yay! kick some butt! felt drain of motivation a bit. but still pressed forward.

daily tip: When ever you feel down, always keep your head up, and think about the reason, and your why. So it may re-spark and fuel your fire to kick butt in your workout.
