P90X Round 4: Day 6 Week 2 Completed

Feeling alot better got some Aleve for my head aches and it took the edge off. Kenpo X was tiring as usual but fun, today was Zombie Crawl 2010. it wasn't much people from last years over 4-5k+ people/zombies. i decided to go as regular human tony stark lol. any ways

  2. Anthony I got my p90x after sawing your amazing change it motivated me to get in shape. I weigh at 245 lb 5ft 10in Male, for some reason the nutrition guide for p90x told me to eat 3,000 calories is this the right amount of calories i need to intake to lose weights and gain muscle?

  4. I'll be honest with you, I have been working out for quite some time. I can commit myself to workout but I am really struggling about monitoring my food in take.

    I noticed you have a detailed summary of you in take. Can you provide me tips about that? :-)
