P90X day 4, week 3 COMPLETED

Yoga X.... im doing hell good this time around! My brother dident do it today because he's trying to quit smoking and was freaking out. So i give it to him for doing it. The "reaching your right arm under your leg and your left arm to grab each other" went very well.i can now hold it there longer and with ease. The crane is getting more and more easier for me too. Im noticing a lot of good results and im happy.

diet and eating
-subway oven roasted chicken breast "same as usual and no bread"
-Recovery drink
-3 hard boiled eggs "1 whole, and rest egg whites"
-Fiber bar
-1 banana
