P90X day 5, week 3 COMPLETED

was a hell of a workout, kinda has some lost of motivation... Dident push as hard as i liked to. But tomarro will change and i will do it even hard and stronger. hope you guys are still pushing play


-Recovery drink
-Protein shake
-Wich Wich sandwich wheat bread "ate half", lettuces, fat free mayo, fat free dressing, thin sliced chicken breast and ham, green peppers and red onions.
-Oat meal
-Snickers protein bar
