Day 6 of P90x Completed :D

so far its now been a week of doing P90x and i feel stronger and now last alot longer in the workouts. Kenpo X is my FAVORITE WORKOUT OMG heheh. i have better range of motion since i been stretching more. I LOVE IT tomorrow i will be going to GNC and picking up some more item like recovery drinks, Whey protein etc... Can wait to so some Stretch X tomarro!

Eating and Diet
-Curry chicken with a little white rice
-Protein Shake
-Recovery Drink
-Alot of water

yeah i know i dident eat much i just been busy running errands and other crap :(
