Day 5 week 2 of P90x Completed

ugh, i hate it when i have to compromise my diet when im not in reach of my clean diet meals. But it make me push harder and harder not to eat it. Thanks to the quick options i was managed to watch what food i bought. Anyways i finished up shoulders and arms work out. im pleased that i did really good, found some weights that we not so heavy when i done the other arm and shoulder workout. I done ab ripper x and still love this program. Its like i wait until the next day to bring it and keep pushing play.

Diet and eating
-Protein shake
-Small bowl of rice and pork
-Oatmeal with flax seeds
-2 apples
-Lean cuisine
-a lot of water
-hot dog "yeah i fucked up" :(
-6 inche sweet onion chicken Teriyaki subway w/ wheat bread "took 2 bites of the bread, and then discarded. ate the lettuces, black olives, green peppers, red onion, carrots, spinach, cucumbers, very little amount of sweet onion sauce"
