Just enjoyed the weather, and done some yard work in the back. pulled some weeds "not really good for the back" i was slaved to do it. any ways got all the necessary things done and cleared out a lot of junk. Finally i get time to tweak my new built computer from old computer part i had. SO fun hehehe. heres my setup

i cant stop watching this lol hehe
Kenpo X!!! At least i get some anger out but punching, kickin and screaming heheh. i decided to do some more ARX and Leg's and back again. Man oh man i feel so sore. i love it. I've gotten new people to start there push play of P90X. :D im happy im making changes in people lives. Once Insanity comes out in hoping on that train :D i need something more intensive and crazy! any ways

Legs and back, and ARX WOW hahah love love love it!!! My dinky calves heheh I went to a wedding which was one of my high school buddy, she was always neck and neck with academics at school fighting for student of the week, month, quarter. it was fun. Im so happy for her. I saw many other friends that went to the school as well. Alot of them did not noticed it was me until they really looked. lol Every single one of them was in shock and awe on how i looked. They commented on how GOOD i looked and sexy too. NO LIE hehehe. So i decided to finally have a cheat day, i had some mixed drinks and some wedding cake lol. I Then decided to dance it all off haha. I was like a Dancing machine! everyone there keep telling me i was a really good dancer."to me i don't think i am" ok ok on with the goodie stuffah

Yoga X is much needed today, need to stretch out my hurt muscles and REALLY needed the calmness of the mind. OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM lol some move i can start doing again, feels great. still bringing it and loving it very much!!! missed almost 2 weeks of work because of my injured back :( no money dang it. i really want to become a beach body coach but so many things get in the way of doing it like bills,i mean alot. My Mom and dad are doing great too as well, still eating the things i cook for them. MMMMMM brown rice :D

My stress levels are going away, THANK GOD.... so much drama i dont need, CRUSHED play today and pushed myself harder. Feel the burn baby! i love the yummyness of it. ARX was .... let just say AWESOME!!! i think i need to tweak my diet a lot more strict so i can confuse my body more. Hmmm i goto do some more research. Hope everyone still CRUSHING IT!! BRING IT!!!
