P90X :Round 2: Day 7, Week 9 rest


decided to rest today and focus some more on the armor for the charity event. hope things goes well. Also setting up ab event for my neighborhood on August 16 Sunday. It going to be a social even for little kids and all the fun cool things. :D hopefully that goes well.

just upgraded the chest piece to be more accurate towards the Movie Iron Man 2 armor.

Alsomost there to the finish line!!! been so busy working on the costume to go do some kindness of my own heart charity work! makes me so happy to see not only my nephews smile andhave there friends go crazy, but child that are in need to special care, homeless kids and kid at the childrens hospital smile. make it all worth while. Noting more i can say thatcan describe the warmth in my heart when the see a Superhero come to see them when there sick, no hope of anything until they see me. Seeing the smile is priceless... So much work to do and so little time. Though i dont have a job i make use of my time and help others. Ok as for working out, went pretty well seem like i lost some steam, but still managed to push harder in every move!!

More progress in working out the kinks of the costume and push play today. Seems like its harder to focus when so many thing in your life doesn't go to well when you try to make it better not only for yourself but for other too. well still here hoping to not loose motivation and keep pushing harder! Work out today was intense! but doesn't seem like i pushed myself hard. :( tomorrow will be different. WIP War Machine/IronMan

Working on my War Machine cosplay for Ironman 2 and for the charity event im planning to raise funds for children with special need and the children hospital. STill pushing play and keeping my head up as well. Man not having a job in this economy suck REALLY bad! barely maing it to pay bills, and soon i might not be able to cover it :( but still trying day to day and pushing play harder. above is the war machine im wokring on.

The workout today was awesome i pushed my self harder and harder!! only thing that still gets me down is the stress of life little drama stuff. but working out is my stress relief. oh well hopefully things get better. I found out a better protein/meal replacement bar! Its call Big100, and my favorite flavor is Caramel appel crisp. has 400 calories and alot of vitamins and minerals as well as 32gras of protein. i only eat this is i have no option to cook or get a protein shake. Goota go buy some more protein.:( running out.

well as for working out and kicking butt, that's what i do best. keeping in mind what is my goal. :D Diet and nutrtion was pretty good. Life still stressful and all. but still puching throught it. The Charity event putting it together is going very well. i will be targeting more of an audience. Getting together a health careware fare for people in colorado. help educate the on what healthy foods to eat and not to eat. teach them about being active and what nots. STill in the works cause its too much for one person to handle. anyways
