Insanity Day 58 Completed Month 2

Today i changed out the workout for upper body weight training. i missed using weight/dumbbells. Today my motivation and everything elsed climbed up today and kicked butt!!

Daily tip: Working out and staying fit is my anti-drug and reduce the rick of future injuries.

Workout completed, push hard today. still lacking the hardcore i need. Got more work and life's errand completed today.

Daily tip:When you feel stressed. do some P90X yoga X. it always helps me feel better and more calm throughout the day.

i took today off to get things done, motivation is starting to lift higher abit today. Sunday will kick some butt and catch up!!!

taking care of family business and helping my dad get his eye surgery done. got my workout done aswell. kick some butt and loved it!!

done regular workout and done some light weight lifting. Motivation slowing getting back to me!!

If you don't have a heart rate monitor. you should, so you can stay in the zone and push it harder!!!

Today, still crushed it and was hard. motivation was a bit up today so i kick its butt!!
