Insanity Day 55 rest Month 2

i took today off to get things done, motivation is starting to lift higher abit today. Sunday will kick some butt and catch up!!!

  5. hey man.. my journey with P90X has been on and off.. but ive started again and hopefully i will not stop destroying that push play button lol.. well yeah ermm i had a quick question dude.. my weakness is pull ups i mean i find them so hard.. i can like a few then i start using the chair for the rest of the workout is that normal?
