today i kick it up a lot more since of yesterday. I was awesome, yet satisfying. today was kind of a setback i started it and was about 20mins in to it. Until i had to go run errands for my family. Then i cam back home and re started everything. It not a bad thing but i loved it every second.
Diet and eating
-Salad turkey and ham and eggs, w/ fat free dressing
-Recovery drink
-Vitamin Water XXX edition
-Banana
-chicken sandwich no bread.
