so far so good, im loving yoga x more and more still trying to get the crane down managed to do at least 6 seconds :D yay. Cant wait to take some update pictures :D. Still pushing play and kickin ass. Hope you guys are pushing harder too.
Eating and diet so far
-Half sandwhich "Chicken and ham, bell peppers, red onion, black olives, lettuces, fat free mayo, fat free dressing
-Recovery drink
-Lemonade
