So far so good, i bought a recovery drink from GNC before work out. I drank it during the work out and it prove to be a great help! Man i felt charged and ready to go another hr lol. I lasted a little longer in the Ab ripper x. All in all i dont feel so sore at all since the recovery drink.
Diet and eating
-Big bowl of Dark romaine Lettuce's, some cabbage, 4 tsp of fat free Italian dressing
-Shrimp and Carrots
-Propel fitness water
-Oatmeal
-3 Spring rolls
-Oat meal again
-3 egg whites and 1 whole egg
-Protein shake at the end of the workout
