Well the workout shoulder's and arms was fun! it kicked my ass, and Ab ripper X did too. Woah i love this workout! Tomarro will be Yoga X. Had a very busy day but still got the workout in. I then went to the club and danced a little but only drinking water. Feel like My whole body is even more sore from dancing lol.

-Macdonald's beef patty no bun "yes i know, it was late and had no other option."
