I done Yoga X about 50mins and switched it up to resistance from yesturday. I felt that i needed to push a little harder :D. all in all i still broke a sweat in yoga X. cant wait to do some more resistance tomarro! YAY thinking of doing some cardio right after it. Or i might just stick with the layout like a bible. :D
