dam, 1 arm push up are dam hard, still keeping my diet clean and whippin ass. Im very glad of my results so far, after i woke up and took pictures "after i peed all the water i drank yesterday after work out and was well rested" the result really showed. im VERY please with the program and BRINGING IT. hehhee
