well today was better than last week i been doing alot more reps and more sets. Today i done all the work out twice hehehe. i just wanted to go the extra mile. Changed my caloric intake to 1,200 or try to stay on it. Thats what i read that Tom cruise did. This in favor from 1888 to 1200 to slowly loose more fat as energy. hopefully.
