it was fun, switch it up to yoga since to help my brother catch up. I felt like i dident push hard, even though i was bustin out a sweat. Its on i guess i'll pusg harder when the actual work out comes. Doesent mean im still not going to push hard on recovery week :D
Diet and eating
-Oat meal
-Protein bar
-Recovery drink
-small bowl of Vietnamese noodle "not that bad :D"
-half cut of a bagel pizza made by me.
-Vitamin water XXX
