i think i fell ill. still got my workout done, and still feel like shit. hopefully i can get better today and push harder. Dam this sucks home stretch and i get sick. :( Took my nephews to the Rec-Center and let them play some basketball and swim while i worked out. Of course having someone watch them :D. Also took my sister with me cause she wanted to go. Any ways i think i over ate my daily limit. but dam i feel sick :( anyways
