ReplyDeleteMaster Le, im a gym fanatic, and im considering getting the p90x, but i have one major concern, i am a lightweight of 145 pounds and im 5'8, and 11% body fat, but i can easily bench 90 pounds over my weight, and already have a good amount of muscle mass, and im also tone.. my point is.. if i cancel my gym and get p90x, will i lose my hard worked muscle and just get more slim and cut? or will i GAIN more muscle and bulk up, because my goal is to gain weight and simply become bigger
ReplyDeletebasically ull get ripped..tony gives you th option to use heavier weights with low reps..that way u ll be building size as well as getting ripped..
