Kicked some butt!!, changed the workout again and done some Insane ab's. Today was pretty fun. Cant wait to start Month 2 already!!! anyways hope your weekend is going great!!
Daily tip: The misconception of nutrition is to get rid of fat in your diet. Wrong, if you keep the good ones like Omega 3 etcs. Also guacamole, Flax seeds, etc. eating fat's actual aid in body fat drop.
