-Tuesday - Core Cardio and Balance
-Wednesday - insane Ab's
-Thursday - Core Cardio and Balance
-Friday - Upper body weight training
-Saturday - Core Cardio and Balance
i adding more weights/resistance days so i can have more ripped muscles. :D
Daily tip: Push your body so you know your limit. When you do Conquer it and set new level and a path for you to find it again.
