Today i changed out the workout for upper body weight training. i missed using weight/dumbbells. Today my motivation and everything elsed climbed up today and kicked butt!!
Daily tip: Working out and staying fit is my anti-drug and reduce the rick of future injuries.
Today work out pretty much kicked my butt! It seems like im lacking motivation. So much stuff is going on in life and trying to get it under control.. anyways still pushing through :/
